This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are applicable.
1. Refund Eligibility
❌ No Refund After Course Access Begins
Once you have:
- Attended any live class, or
- Accessed the recordings, or
- Downloaded course materials, or
- Used LMS or learning dashboard
refunds will not be provided.
2. Refund Before Course Starts
A refund may be provided only if:
- You request a refund before the first class
- You have not accessed any course material
- You provide a valid reason
- Verified within 7 days
A processing fee of 10–20% may apply (payment gateway charges).
3. Batch Change / Postponement
You may shift to another batch free of cost if:
- Seats are available
- Reason is valid (health, schedule issues, etc.)
4. Company Decision
AI Fusion X reserves the right to cancel a batch or postpone sessions.
In such rare cases:
- A full refund OR
- Free batch transfer
will be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
These are non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Offers, discounted payments
- EMI or loan-based payments
- Custom training or workshops
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if approved) take 7–15 working days depending on bank/payment provider.
